Is there an email directory that tells you everything your email is signed up to?

I've signed up to many different websites over the years and I can never seem to keep track of which ones. I was hoping there might be some kind of website or directory that has a listing of every account that's attached or related to an email address. I've tried typing my email address into google but that didn't achieve much.

Hi Melissa, That would be great,but affraid not.The way I remember email addresses is to put them into my Contacts list and I have 3 passwords to go with them which I know off by heart. Have a good day J R :)
