Problem with sending emails with Hotmail?

Hi, I've got a problem sending & receiving emails from one individual abroad.?

  • My friend has recently moved to Qatar, we used to communicate reqularly before she moved, me using yahoo and she Tiscali with no problem. She is now not getting my emails and I have only received the odd one from her. I have checked my Yahoo account by sending myself 'test' emails from my other accounts -Hotmail, Outlook Express & Intranet to my Yahoo account and they are all getting through okay. I haven't got any filters set up and she is on my contact list. I hope someone can help xx

    Maybe, somebody knows your password so he/she open your emails... There are times when yahoo/hotmail will not work properly so its their fault, sometimes they are slow usually here in the Philippines after the earthquake happened in Taiwan all of the cables were affected sending emails abroad and accessing internet connections too. shekinah

I know someone who moved to Qatar and she has no problems. Does your friend have a Yahoo email account? If not tell her to create one and us that instead. Failing that she should contact her service provider to find out what the problem is. It sounds like the problem is her end. Good Luck!
