How to select only unread messages in New Yahoo mail?

On the new yahoo mail, how can i quick select all unread messages to delete them?

  • I have tried selecting all, but it selects all my messages, not just unread. I also don't want to sit and single click them all.

  • Answer:

    Hold done shift. Click the top message then the bottom message on the list... selecting them all, then press delete :)

Here's a way: Hit the purple box at the very top, which will sort messages into Unread and Read (with unread being at the top). Click the first one, then scroll to the last purple box message, hold shift and select that, and hit delete.
