How do I set Yahoo mail as my default mail provider?

How do I set Yahoo Mail as my Default Email ... Im having Major Issues !!!!!?

Im trying to set yahoo mail as my default email. Everytime i try to click any link to email it sends me to windows mail. Ive had yahoo toolbar, etc downloaded already. when i go into my control panel and under internet options ... i select programs .. then email ... but it doesnt show yahoo mail there ? I know this sounds confusing But does anyone know how i can fix this ? Thank you

Did you recently download their "latest" Yahoo toolbar? This link is from Yahoo with instructions on making Yahoo the default. The link to download the toolbar is included on that page. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/settings/settings-10.html
