How do I auto-forward an email from one particular person to another email address?

I know how to forward ALL my email to another address, and I know how to forward an individual email MANUALLY, but I want to set up an auto-forward for any email i receive from a particular person. My work blocks hotmail, but not yahoo mails, but i cant access webmail from work, all sites are blocked. So I want to get my friend to email my yahoo account, and have only that email redirected to my work email. Is this possible in Yahoo?
