Can't get in my email?

Cant get into my email, please help?

  • today cant gain access to my emails very frustrating, keeps coming up with a blank white screen that says 'skip search' does nothing, cant go anywhere most importantly cant get to my emails tried rebooting computer, hasn't helped, did get pop up that asked if wanted to change back to old email page but when i pressed on it took me back to the blank screen again with 'skip search' any help would be great

OMG what program are you using. Do you use Hotmail? GMail? yahoo? Be more specific because "MY MAILS" dont tell anything.

There is a link/tab on the yahoo mail to choose "Classical View". Click it, everything should be OK. You have probably done it, but it often helps to restart your computer.

since that updated the email it seems to have been worse. my computer freezes every time I go to my email. wish they would go back to the old email

Go to the yahoo home page and click on mail overview on the upper left side this worked for me and no problems since.
