How do I disable Yahoo Mail notifications during the night time on my Android phone?

I want to be able to give a time window for when notifications happen in my Yahoo Mail app for Android. Can this be done? I don't like hearing my phone every hour while I'm trying to sleep, but I don't want to completely silence it either just in case I get an important call. Does the Yahoo Mail app support this? I don't see any options for it. My old stupid phone was able to do this with Yahoo Mail so I'm shocked that my new Droid Bionic can't...

as far as i no but i no what you mean about every hour i hate yahoo mail app because it goes off all the time (i like gmail :) ) but i dont think there is i no with my yahoo mail app i just stopped looking at it and then it said yahoo mail notifications turned off... even though i didnt do it it was good enough for me you could just turn off the notifications at night your self and then turn them back on in the morning i no not alot of help but i tried
