How can I recover my deleted mail that has been deleted from the "Trash" folder?

I need to recover a mail that I accidently deleted completely from the "Trash" folder...! Pls help!

go to where it has all teh folders,sent mail.draft etc.and look at the top right corner,,It says ..edit,,,,click it and it will take you to a window where you canssee all teh incoming and out going mail,,,,,,,,,,then just click on what you want to open.......
