How can I retain my Yahoo setting?

Transferring personal setting from yahoo mail to sbc/att yahoo?

• I have had an SBC/ATT dsl account for a few years. We got behind on our bills and our service was suspended until we paid the bill. We were locked out of our att yahoo accounts. When I tried to logon I was offered an option to transfer all messages, preferences and settings to a new account with yahoo mail. I did so and chose another screen name and/or email address. Seven days after the suspension we paid the bill and everything was reactivated. My att yahoo account was as if I was a new customer. all my screen names for messanger and yahoo groups were transferred to the generic yahoo mail account. How do I get it all back under the one account? When I reactivated the rep suggested I cancel the yahoo account, but i am concerned all will be lost and I won't have access to any of it. Any help is much appreciated. thanks!
