How do you change the time display on Yahoo mail classic?

When i'm tring to get into my mail mess. "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" for a week. help me p

• please i really need help- for more then a week now i can't get into my mailbox it shows that the webpage can't display. yestrday i tried to change my mail to the old version so i was able to get into my mail and read it. but when i tried to changed it back. he didn't let me. please help me to resolve this problem. i'm using yahoo mail for many years and this is the first time it's happened. i'm starting to think maybe because the yahoo messenger and yahoo mail combine together maybe this what cuse the problems.
