How to find Deleted History?

How can I find deleted history on my computer. Trash has been emptied.?

  • I sent an e-mail to someone and I trashed it after sending it and then deleted it. I then emptied trash. I then deleted History. Is there still a way I can get that e-mail I deleted back? I hope you can help me.

    I guess you've lost it forever but you can try these all on your risk. I take no responsibility. Use system restore and restore your machine to a date before deleting or to a date in which the mail was in recycle bin. Use recovery programs to recover deleted files.

The only way I can think of is to go to your programmes and click on restore my computer, give it a date before the trash would have been emptied, they might show up back in your files, if not sorry, they are probably gone to email heaven lol, goodluck anyway!

you can e-mail the some one and ask the matter to be sent to you again.through another e-mail. very simple

QUICK- CHECK YOUR "SENT" BOX.. IF YOU WANT A BACKUP , FIND THE MAIL OPTION THAT YOU CLICK TO SAVE A COPY OF WHAT YOU SENT. GOOD LUCK. FC PS. THE "RESTORE" PROCESS IS TRICKY. GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU DO IT (IF YOU ADDED A PROGRAM AFTER DATE YOU RESTORE, YOU MAY LOSE IT OR HAVE TO REDO IT)
