It's a scam, Yahoo! doesn't have a lottery. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/abuse/abuse-63.html

SCAM. Delete it and move on. There is no money, there is no lottery and there is no Dr. Geefac. The only money to change hands will be YOUR money to THEIR hands. Here is how it works. YOu write to them. They write back asking for ID. You send ID, they then say "OK now we just need the [insert odd name] Fees paid." They will say you just have to pay the fees and the money is yours. Ok, so you pay the fees. Next, they will say that there are new additional 'TRANSFER" fees, or maybe "WIDGET fees" or even "Gullible Email" fees. Regardless, all you will get is emails. Why? Because there is no lottery, there is no money, there is no Dr. Geefac. And even if there were, all he wants is your money.

We just had a big news thing on something like this. Like the new casts told us, if you did not enter a lottery then you cant win so ignore all the scams about winning lottey's and someone dying cause its all a scam and if it sounds too good to be true then more than likely it is. It is law in order to win a lottery then you have to enter in it or play it. Hope this helps.
