How do I talk to someone in Tech Support?

T talk to tech support. I need to retrieve my inbox....?

I deleted 7 items from my inbox but the box is now empty, this happened 6 weeks ago and yahoo was able to retrieve it. I talked to tech support but not sure phone # I used. I can't get thru to anyone so I would love a phone to call, they,yahoo, was very helpful last time.
