How can I automatically forward emails from my yahoo account to another email address?

I have a yahoo account (of course) thats a little unprofessional. I have another account thats more professional but I dont want to have to contact all my friends to tell them I changed my address. Is there a way I can automatically forward emails I recieve from my yahoo account to my hotmail account? (need step by step instructons as im a little computer illiterate)
