    This has been a known glitch with the newest Regular mail for several weeks, off and on. It has affected many users. Contact Yahoo! Customer Service, but you will need to be persistent to talk to a human. Warning - the lines are very busy almost all the time. USA (6am to 6 pm, Pacific Standard Time) 1-866-562-7219, 1-800-318-0631, Yahoo Personal Email: 1-866-492-4664 (less known, so more chance to talk to a human) Or click Help on the mail page, then Contact us ... and wait for a human - there may be some delays and flashing screens, but you can get through quite easily.
