It's in the e-mail with the address you provided them with. when i signed up i was confused about that too. Than you click on a link and it'll do it for ya.

you have to go to your email. that you gave them. then there will be an email from them.it should say verify now. click that. && you should be verified. =] hope this helped! [they wouldnt send that mail on myspace if thats what ur asking too =]]
