Yahoo have deleted all my Contacts, and also the contents of my Sent' folder. Can I get them back?

This all happened when Yahoo changed the way my Email was organised. Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is happening to many people. Some users are reporting that it has reappeared some days later. Yahoo do not seem to have an answer yet.
