How do you access the Yahoo mail?

How can i access the new version of yahoo mail using a screen reader?

  • hello. i am blind and a screen reader user. as long as i used yahoo mail classic, i could access my email fast and easily with jaws. then, i repeatedly got messages from yahoo requiring me to upgrade to the new version of yahoo mail. however, as i felt quite satisfied with the mail classic, and feared i might not access my email as well as i did then if i upgraded, i continued using mail classic with the link provided. but after a while, the link disappeared and i had no choice but to upgrade, and since then, -it's two days now- i haven't been able to access my email efficiently at all. could anyone give me some tips about how to work with jaws in the new version, or how to switch back to mail classic? thanks a lot in advance for your help, best regards.

    Maybe this can help you, I use Internet Explorer and could not find a solution to switch back to Classic Mail permanently after 2 days of pulling my hair out lots of problems! I have not found links work permanently, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my old computer can not handle it, and they switched me back 5 to10 min. total, no problem, and they do not prompt me to switch anymore! You can also call Yahoo USA, but you will wait forever! 1-866-562-7219. Don’t forget to vote for best answer. Anyway Good Luck!
