How to delete photos from email folder?

In Yahoo! Mail often can't delete an email or transfer a selected email to a folder?

  • Over the past few weeks, I have consistently had some problem with my Yahoo! Mail. Awhile ago, I was constantly being asked by Yahoo to update to the new Yahoo! Mail. I usually chose not to, but finally gave in an now I always seem to have some problem when in my email. Whatever problem I have, usually corrects itself at some point, or I have to log out and wait some time, and then log back in- but the issue is, Why am I continually having these problems? At times: 1. I have been unable to delete an email. (When I search on that email to insure it is in Trash, it isn't. It is still in my Inbox.) 2. Not able to transfer a selected email to a selected folder. (Same thing- when I search it is still in my inbox.) 3. Today, I wasn't able to do a reply or reply all on a selected email. Was able to make the selection - i.e reply to sender - and the new email window came up but the sender's email address was not in there. Nor was the sender's email in the To area. 4. Occasionally, before my email comes up, after I put in my email name and password, a message pops up advising me that Yahoo! Mail works better using the latest browser so asks me to update to the latest IE. I have 2 computers on Win 7 and both of them have the latest IE browser - ver 9. There is no reason why I should receive this message as the latest version of IE is 9. 5. I have even received this error message: Service Unavailable - HTTP error 503. The service is unavailable. Searching for answers as to why these things keep happening is not helpful - except #5 - answers have told me Yahoo is having trouble and to check back later. BUT- the issue is WHY am I (and maybe others?) consistently having ANY of these problems? And what can I do about it? (I have a lot of folders and contacts and pix etc on Yahoo! Mail and I don't want to stop using it as that would be a lot of work-- insuring that all of my contacts are notified and cleaning out all folders etc.) Please advise what is happening with Yahoo! Those are just a few of the problems with the new mail. Yahoo said they are trying to get the bugs out, but who knows how long that will take. You can switch to the classic mail if you like. Maybe in a couple of months or so, things will be fixed. As of May 31st, you can no longer switch, Yahoo has removed the links to return to the classic. But some users said that when they lowered their screen resolution to it's lowest, a message popped up asking if they wanted to switch to the classic mail. Click Yes. Then restart the computer. You may need to sign out and back in also. On your control panel, double click Personalization, then click Display Settings. Make sure you restart the computer. You can give that a try. You can reset the resolution after. If your previous version was the New Mail, then that is what is now the new Yahoo Mail and you can't get it back. Some are telling us to turn off Javascript then it will switch back. But it goes right back to the new mail the next time. So that is only temporary
