How can i know if my emails are being read?

I want to let people know I am out of the office and can not read emails?

    If you have outlook, you should have the "Out of the Office Assistant" under the Tools menu.

In your "tools" section, you should have an "out of office" response. Type your desired message, such as "I will be out of the office until (insert date). If you need immediate assistance, please call xxx xxx xxxx or email (insert address). I will respond to your message upon my return." Don't forget to turn on the auto response and turn it off when you get back.

If you have Outlook you can put the 'out of office' reply on. This will let you customize a message and when people send you an email they will get the message. For example, I will be out of the office from Monday Oct 20 until Friday Oct 24. I will not have access to email at this time, but if you need immediate assistance..blah blah blah. In Outlook this option is under the Tools menu. Hope it helps!

Send an e-mail to all the people that you think that will send you an e-mail during that week period telling them that you wont be at your office.
