How do I fix Cydia's problem with refreshing?

I am getting e-mail, but when I go to get it, it's coming up blank. How do I fix this problem?

  • I get the message that says, you have mail. But when I go and retrieve my mail, it's comeing up blank - as if there's nothing being sent. All of my mail is that way now. How can I fix this problem? And one other thing, I can ask how to fix the problem, but I won't be able to read it. What do I do?
