  First go to your mail screen and above the Inbox menu click Contacts. Then click Add at the top. Enter the email address and other info that you might want in the box, click Save Changes, upper left. Do this for each one. Then go back to the mail screen and click New. In the TO space type the email address, it might give you a drop down menu, if so just click the one you want and it will fill it in. Then add a preview to the message in the Subject. Go below the Compose toolbar to type your message. Hover your cursor over each icon on the toolbar to see what they do. Click anything you want to enhance your message. After you finish typing click the first icon, abc with a check mark to check your spelling. Then click Send. You will have a copy in your sent bin
