How to send multiple emails without email showing it was sent to multiple addresses?

Click on the tab that say "Use BCC" and put the other email addies there.

You can put as many addresses as you want in the "blind carbon copy" or "bcc" field instead of the "to" field.

put one address in the to field. put the rest in the bcc (blind carbon copy) field. it works the same as carbon copy but just doesnt let everyone else see who its been sent to.

If you are sending one email to multiple addresses, then you can use 'BCC" in stead of 'TO' or 'CC'.
use BCC which is blind carbon copy.

At my office we use Maillist Deluxe which is software that can be purchased at all the usual places.

use the BCC- blind carbon copy; put all of the addresses in this field and it will just show undisclosed recipients
