How can I retrieve my yahoo mail?

How can I retrieve my mail sent at @yahoo.com instead of @yahoo.co.in?

My friend sent me an email at [email protected] but I have changed my id to [email protected]. Now as he didn't know it, he just sent mail at the previous id. Now the question is how to retrieve my that mail. I am in great trouble as that mail has some important files and notes. Please help me out in finding a way out. Regards

Do you have access to that other account still? Or did you close it? If you still have access to it, simply sign in there and the email should be there. If you don't have access to it, you need to contact your friend and have him resend the email to your correct email address. It should still be in HIS SENT folder, so he can easily do that.
