How do i send a cell phone a message from my yahoo email?

In the old email I could text message.?

• Is there a way in the newest Yahoo free email to send a text message to cell phones the same way I did in the last version of Yahoo email? In Hot Mail, I can send text messages if I know the internet address of the recipient's phone company and phone number. It was easier in Yahoo email as I only needed the phone number.
