How do I get my Yahoo tool bar back?

How do I get back the tool bar on my e-mail page, that was deleted when I upgraded my version of Yahoo?

During this past year, I was prompted by yahoo to upgrade to a newer version. I have been told by others that I should not have done it, but I did. When I did I lost the tool bar (like is on the top of the Works system) which contains FILE, EDIT, VIEW, INSERT and etc. I want the tool bar back on my yahoo mail page. How do I accomplish this

You have to go to the source/supplier of the tool bar. If Bing tool bar, go to Bing website to get it. If MSN tool bar, go to Microsoft, etc.
