How can I create a shortcut for yahoo mail on my desktop?

  • I just had my computer reformatted and now I have to reinstall everything but I forgot how to create a shortcut for yahoo mail on my desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Start Yahoo Mail. Make the window small enough so that you can see the desktop at the edge. Drag the icon at the top of the screen that is just to the left of the URL to the desktop.

1. right click on your internet icon(either on your desktop or start menu) 2. go to internet properties 3. the screen should be on the gerneral tab(top of window) 4. it will have a place where it says homepage where you can enter whatever you want OR 1. go to the start menu 2. right click on mail and select properties 3. choose yahoo mail 4. after you establish yahoo as your mail, left click on the mail thing and drag/drop to your desktop
