Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs email dropdown box does not list Yahoo as an option. What can I do?
-
When I want to reply via email from a web page I want Yahoo Mail to be the program of choice. To set this I do the following: Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs. In this box I have the options to set my preferred email program. The trouble is only Outlook and Hotmail are offered as choices and type-ins are not accepted. Is something wrong with my XP SP2 platform? What can I do?

Answer:
There's nothing wrong with your windows. Yahoo email is only web based email client. Only email client that is physically installed in your computer can be included your drop down lists.
