Why cant i get incredimail to work?

I know this can be done but why cant i get incredimail to work with a sympatico address..if anyone knows can you let me know thanks
Answer:

Not sure. I've used incredimail in the past but abandoned it. Too many quirks. Its overloaded with allot of unnecessary baggage.
