Why doesn't Yahoo delete spam?

Delete, Reply, Forward, Empty Spam and Empty Trash buttons not working when I change to Newest Yahoo! Mail?

  • Delete, Reply, Forward, Empty Spam and Empty Trash buttons not working when I change to Newest Yahoo! Mail. When I log on, I get connected to (http://us.mc1217.mail.yahoo.com) and none of the buttons will work. I have another account which was upgraded to newest Yahoo! mail, when I log on into this account, I get connected to (http://us.mg3.mail.yahoo.com) and everything works in this account. I would appreciate if you could help in resolving this error.

    I notices that the web addresses for those mails are different. Try using the working one (http://us.mg3.mail.yahoo.com), sign out of the other account, and sign in to the one giving you difficulty. You could go back to the Classic mail version for the other account, but that would mean using two different versions of mail! Yahoo has a new Help page with a direct link to switching back to Classic Mail! This Help page link and solution are new, and a permanent change. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/context/migrationv2.html At the end of the second paragraph, click either [click here] IN BLUE or [No thanks. Continue to Yahoo Mail Classic] (Ribbit)
