How can you block an email address in a Yahoo email account?

Can I block a certain email address from sending me emails to my yahoo email account?

    of course,just adjust your SPAM settings to block mails from those addresses,go to options from right upper corner in your mail window and spam and there you`ll see instructions,just add `unwanted`address and click add

YES IN YOUR YAHOO E-MAIL THERE IS A FUNCTION SET AS SPAM . CHOOSE THAT OPTION AND YOUR MAIL WILL AUTOMATICALY DELETE THAT MESSAGE. TAKE CARE.

Sure you can! On the upper right corner of your e-mail page you'll the word "Options". This is where you go to set up all your e-mail preferences. Click on Options and it will probably tell you that you'll be leaving the Beta Mail, ask you if you really want to do so, and just click yes, if you are using the new Beta e-mail format. In Options, scroll down until you find "Spam", click on it and you'll find everything you need to set up your Spam filters including manually adding someone's e-mail addy. OR....you can just hit the spam button whenever you see an addy that you don't want in your inbox! Don't even bother to open the e-mail, just spam it and be done with it already. Once the addy and name are in the spam system you shouldn't get anymore letters from that person. Same thing goes for mail from offensive domains. You are the one in complete control of your inbox.
