How to create an email addres at face book?

Will my slide show and guess book be terminated if i cancelled my yahoo account and created a new email addres

I can still sign into slide.com with my old email address with yahoo. Will that remain the same, having a new email address with yahoo? My concern is the slide and guess book being removed from my profile on myspace because when you cancell yahoo mail i belive that everything you use your email, address for is terminated...
