How do I get stationary when I write an e-mail?

I am tring to compose an email, when i get to the area to write in the cursor appears but will not allow acces

• I am tring to compose an email. I enter the address and subject then tab to the area to write in it will not allow any data entry. the cursor blinks but n o imput is allowed?

  I'm guessing that you're in the "color and graphics" mode ... switch back to plain text... . Log into your email account. . Options > General Preferences > scroll down to "Composing E-mails" > switch from "Compose messages as color and graphics" to "Compose messages as plain text"
