Can i retrieve my emails after they have been deleted from trash?

is there a way i can get the emails that i have deleted from the trash box back??

Some say if you click this link below and if it's been less than 24 hrs there is a chance to get them back. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/cl%E2%80%A6 Usually, once it's deleted from the trash it's gone for good. Yahoo empties the trash at random every few days. Open the trash, if they are there, check them, click Move at the top and click Inbox.

You can only do that if they are still in the trash. Once they have been deleted from there they are gone forever. Sorry but that's the way it works.
