How do I escalate a Yahoo mail problem?

Major Problem With New BT Yahoo Mail?

  • I have just moved over to the New BT Yahoo Classic mail. Problems 1 When I go into the new mail I get message "E Mail out of Memory Line 1", & the computer totally locks up, meaning I have to turn on off from main switch. so I have gone back to the old Classic mail But Problem 2 When I select a e mail address from a web site it inserts into the New Classic Mail format screen & again I get the message " E mail out of memory line 1" How do i clear this problem? I have checked Tools/Internet Options/Programs/ & E mail is set to BT Yahoo, but it goes to the wrong version when inserting e mail addresses from web sites

    Yahoo email has been having many problems the last 2 weeks. Try reloading the page. You might need to clear your cache. An easy way to do that is push the CTRL, SHIFT, and DELETE keys at the same time, or use your browser setting to get rid of cookies and temp files.
