Can I retrieve my deleted emails even if they were accidently deleted from the TRASH folder?

Hi There, I recently deleted the emails in my sent folder and right after that I deleted the whole thing from the trash folder too. Now, i noticed that there was an important email which has been deleted and I need to somehow recover it. I was just wondering how I can retrieve it? Thanks

hm... you should have though of that BEFORE!!! you threw it away. permanently!

if you haven't deleted it on ur trash.. thats the only way.. but .. you cannot if you already deleted it on ur trash..
