How do you get a phone number at Yahoo so u can talk to someone live instead of pages of their questions?

I'm signed into my yahoo ID account, when I try to check my POP account it sends me to the sign-in page, I enter the password and then it sends me back to my Yahoo ID account. If requested again I get the same response. I've looked through all of their Q and A but nothing matches my problem.
