Why doesn't mail search work?

Why won't the search feature on Yahoo Mail work?

• I'm using Yahoo Mail classic version and the little search bar that lets you search through your emails doesn't work, in the sense that whenever I search for something, it comes up with "no results found". I get the same thing even when I search for an email that's right there on the first page, or search for a keyword I know for a fact is in an email. Anyone know how to fix this?

  We can't fix this, the search feature hasn't been working correctly for the past few months, for some it's sporadic. Yahoo said they are trying to get it fixed. They didn't say how long it will take.
