Why does my email always say failure notice after i send an email to someone saying they couldnt get it to her

I always get this email after i try to send one to someone saying that there has been an error and they could not get the email i sent to the girl i sent it to why does it do that

If it's only with the one person, it's likely a problem on her end (mailbox is full, problem with email service). It's a good idea to double-check your email address, you may have typed it wrong. contact this person and ask if she's getting other emails.

If i send any Emails to freinds over seas with any address but hotmail or yahoo, they dont get through,,, I put it down to my too slow internet connection
