Can't access email on computer?

I cant seem to access my mail from the works computer.?

  • I dont know what to do as i cant seem to get access to my mailbox on this email at my work. When i try to sign in it just says "unauthorized to use this page" I have tried many ways and got the computer guy to have a look and he did a virus scan and nothing works. The only thing i can sign into is the "Yahoo answers". I have tried many ways to sign in but nothing works. Also when i open the yahoo page, on the right side of the yahoo page it gives me another name of a girl in my office and tells me how many emails she has got. I have asked her to sign into my computer and sign out again and it still doesnt work. If i click on her name on the Yahoo page myself it says that it has to have the user name and password. Has this happened to anyone else like this cos i cant even access my mail anymore.

    Many work places have placed firewall not allowing the staff members to access major sites like google, yahoo and msn. Check out with your IT Dept. of the office and they will tell you.

Hi, try accessing yahoo mail through http://www.wap.oa.yahoo.com it's a bit of a back door access, but worth a try to see if it works ~good luck
