How do I use yahoo mail to send free text messages to mobile phones?

Yahoo mail keeps sending messages to my contacts that I didn't send.?

• My yahoo email account sent two emails (one yesterday and one today) to everyone on my contacts list. I was using a friend's e-reader yesterday to send an email and last night my mother rang to say she got an email from me that just contained a website address link. With the screen been so small I thought I sent something to everyone by mistake. Then today she rang again to say she got another one also with a different website link. I told her not to click on either one. For a few months now in yahoo mail I keep getting a message that says ''Out of memory at line: 1'. I have to click ok a few times to get rid of it. Did someone hack into my account and send those emails? The password had numbers and letters I don't know how anyone could have guessed it. I have changed the password now but my real problem is the notepad part of yahoo mail I store messages containing all my passwords for everything I use on the internet so I don't forget them. I need to know if someone else now has that information.
