How do I delete an incorrect email address--and preserve the correct email address I have for a person?
-
I got the wrong email address for a person--and a failure to send the message came. I then got the correct email address for that person--and I entered it in the Contact box in IE9. However, when I try to send an email to that person, typing the name in the "To:" box--both email addresses, the correct and the incorrect come up on the screen. I need assistance to remove the incorrect email address. A Verizon agent said this technical support issue could only be addressed by Yahoo. Your response?
