How do I open a window from the outside?

In an email you can click to open another window but then i can't open or close until i click outside that box?

• That probably didn't make any sense. It is very hard to describe the problem i'm having but ill try. ur in your inbox so click on an email & it opens then in that open email there is a link to click and open so i do but then that window or link just freezes or stops. I can't scroll or even close it unless I go outside that window and click, then it closes, sometimes there is a link in it but it won't open, i can only close it. Why and how do i change it? Thank You if anyone understands my problem

  For the present, you have to follow the existing system. Would there be any alternative to this, has to be seen in the near future.
