Not receiving emails on Yahoo mail.

Yahoo mail not receiving any emails?

  • how do i resolve this? i havent received any emails on this account and am bit worried something is wrong with my account. is there a way of amending this or to check if everything is working correctly? thanks

    A number of things you can try include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history.. You could also try an alternative browser.

don't want to worry you but i have just had this....i had a Trojan virus and had to change my account passwords and even email address....so maybe you don't have a problem but do a virus check anyway...perhaps use Spy Bot the free one if you don't have your own.

Yes it is, just no-one sending to you. People have to know the address to send to. Open another account and send something to yourself.

i had the same problem a week ago, go to yahoo customer care, check with them, mine started working right after i contacted them, good luck,

I've had nothing in mine today since 11 this morning. Do you have a hotmail account or something else? Send yourself an email! I just did this though and Yahoo hasn't got it yet.
