How can I change the hair color to black and eyes to green for my Avatar?

Everytime I try to change the hair color or the eyes color, I only get the brown color for my Avatar.

go to change apperence and when you pick the hair theres a color bar and thats your hair color and when you pick the face lock at the color bar to the right thats the eye color
