How can I cancel a Yahoo Alert that I set up earlier?

How do you cancel a yahoo account to set up another account that would also be in your name?

    You can delete the account by using this link. It will terminate everything associated with that account. https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user You can create a new email address by going to the login page and clicking on Sign Up.

Go to yahoo mail and in the upper right hand side you'll see "options". Click onto that and you'll find out how to do this. Good luck.

u can have as many accounts w/ yahoo as u want under the same name. I have about 6.

You can add up to 6 additional names (called alias names) on one account, giving you 7 chat names. To add alias names to a current Yahoo! ID, on Yahoo! Messenger from the Messenger menu, click on My Profiles. click on Create/Edit My Profiles. Below your Yahoo ID will be the Create New Public Profile button.
