Can't cancel my hotmail account?

So I go to cancel my account, it says I'm subscribed to something, I click the link, says I'm subscribed to nothing, I go back, still says I can't cancel the account... WHAT IS WRONG? I've been hacked and need to delete this account!! PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

Answer:
You need to put a really strong password in,to protect your information A windows account cannot be deleted as such So make the password really strong and then don't use it But make a note of the new password just in case. Have a good day J R :)
