at the top near the sign out sign it says switch back. I did not like it either.

on the top of your page or screen well not excately at the top ay two inches down and 3 inches in from the left is the words switch back clik on it and it will say someething like switch back anytime then click on it again and it will take you bck to the other verison of mail, i just did that and i had the same trouble and i didn't like that i couldn't see big vie of messages
