How to change my yahoo ID without changing my email address?

Does anyone out there know how to change an email address on Yahoo?

  • Everytime I ask Yahoo about changing my email addres at Yahoo, they keep confusing it with changing my Yahoo ID I just want to know how to change my email adress and keep yahoo.com but not the old address - can anyone help; I am tired of getting the same WRONG help from yahoo

Just sign up again as if you didn't have any and get a new one. Simple as that.

You can't change one, but you can open an entirely new account.

Just close or ignore your existing account and open a new one with the new address. You'll have to notify all your contacts.

as far as i know one may change from lower case to upper case or vice versa, just make a new one.
