My office computer blocks yahoo and yahoo mail. How can I find an IP address which goes to yahoo directly...?

In my office computer network, our system adminstrater has blocked yahoo and yahoomail. I know some sites can be accessed through a 123.1236.1233.125 kind of address. How can I find such address for yahoo and yahoo mail....? Can any one help..?
